Deer/Burger Meatloaf balls

So a coworker of mine came to work last week with something that smelled delicious for lunch. When I asked him what it was, he replied “Meatloaf balls.” Oh my goodness…are you serious?!?!?! My kids would loose their marbles if I made meatloaf that they could eat with their hands….well anything they could eat with their hands. So I tried it and added my own twist to it and it came out delicious!


You make it just like you would with any other meatloaf. I made ours with 1 lb. of deer meat and 1 lb. of burger. I added all these spices and the bread crumbs and instead of an egg, I just used the bbq sauce and I added about 1/2 cup of cheese. I then wrapped them in bacon.


I put them in the oven at 475 degrees for about 30-35 min. And when they were done…We enjoyed them! Hope you do too!!
