Let’s whip somethin’ up

I am a pro at this whole “let’s whip something up” Thing. I learned it growing up. Just throwing something together and making it good. I made this amazing chicken and potato dish and my little family loves it. So I will share with you. Something quick and amazingly simple. I use chicken thighs because my husband prefers the dark meat from the chickens and turkeys.

Chicken n’ Potatoes

  • Chicken Thighs
  • 1 can of corn
  • 4-5 Good size red potatoes (or whichever you prefer)
  • Vegetable Oil (or whatever you prefer)
  • Spices (Seasoned Salt, Garlic Powder, and Grill Mates “Montreal Steak” Seasoning)

Preheat your oven to 475. I cut up the potatoes into squares, decent sized but not too small. I cover them in vegetable oil and the seasonings and place them in the bottom of the pan. I place the chicken thighs on top on the potatoes and season them with the seasonings I mentioned above. And then I take the can of corn and spread it over the top of that. And place in the oven for a about 30-45 min. And Enjoy!! I top my potatoes with cheese and creama.

Simple and Easy!

God Bless
